published, I wanted to congratulate you on a remarkable
achievement. I cannot think of any other administration
which would have been capable of carrying off an exercise
of this magnitude so efficiently, smoothly and convincingly.
I am most impressed with the quality of your Report. It is
the more outstanding for having been completed under such
pressure of time.
Please pass on my thanks to all members
of the Assessment Office for the hard work and dedication
they have shown in completing this considerable task to the
tightest of timetables.
