You appointed us as members of the Monitoring Team with terms of reference which required us to submit an independent report, stating whether we were satisfied that the Assessment Office had properly, accurately and impartially discharged its duties and faithfully followed the procedures presented in its terms of reference. We have now completed our task and accordingly attach our report.
