Monitors approve the weekly schedule of verifications
to be undertaken.

Staff undertake verifications at:-
Level 1: Assessment Form 1s against individual
submissions.
Level 2:
Summary Assessment Form 2 against individual
Assessment Form 1s.
3. Level 1 verification:-
Muntha
Call for Assessment Form 1s in respect of submissions
selected for verification from the Assessment Office.
Sort and batch relevant submissions for the exercise.
For each submission, check:-
(i) registration no.;
(ii) categorisation and classification.
