The final point relates to the use of the computer. Direct access to the computer terminals, and possession of the password, will be limited in the Assessment Office to team leaders and above, plus Miss SOO Hing-ling who is responsible for programming. The Monitoring Team may wish to use the computer for the retrieval of information. This can be arranged either by giving the monitors direct access or by arranging for a nominated officer in this office or yours to obtain the necessary computer printouts at the request of the monitors.
I note that you have been in touch with the Director, Councils & Administration Branch regarding arrangements for the monitors to observe the process of consultation' and that he is dealing with this aspect.
