minute of 24 October, I said that the costs of the Monitoring Team were based on the presumption that the Team would finish its task within 62 days, i.e. by 25 Novembøer.

It now appears that the Team will need until 29 November to complete its task. This will involve additional expenditure of approximately £1,876. The breakdown is as follows:
