of the Agreement commented on.
7.
The work system envisaged for the Assessment
Office is :
All submissions would be received, registered and acknowledged by a central receiving office,
and then fed to one of a number of teams or
units for translation and analysis.
Each
unit would be responsible for a particular
group, e.g. one unit to deal with represen-
tations from District Boards, Urban Council,
Legislative Council, one unit to deal with
organisations such as the trade federations
and assocations, others to deal with pressure
groups, individual submissions and so on.
Each unit would assess and summarise views
expressed in the written submissions, with
the following broad obj-ctives :
(a)
identifying an overall view where
this is expressed;
(b) listing views and comments on the
various elements of the Agreement;
