When and How will HMG Conduct Test of Acceptability?
2. We are actively considering this. There will be an opportunity for people to express their views on a package. There is already a continuous process of consultation. Parliament will have the final say.
Extention of Democracy in Hong Kong
3. There is already under way a continuing process of democratic development. The Hong Kong Government intend to continue building upon this foundation and have under consideration a number of new proposals. HMG fully endorse this approach.
