1. Mr Luce would find it very helpful if the Department were able to prepare a tabulated check-list of the main points raised by MPs during the recent debate on Hong Kong, together with an indication of which MPs were interested in which subject. This could be of particular value in handling Hong Kong effectively in Parliament in the months ahead. I would be grateful if you could
