Yes. Provision is made in Agreement for SAR to continue to participate in organisations of this kind.

Consistent with provisions of agreement that it will be part of SAR
legislation.

Agreement makes clear that merchant shipping will continue to enjoy access the ports of the SAR in accordance with the laws of the SAR.
