Nearly half (46.46%) of the respondents favoured democratio election while the next best choice was for the majority to be elected and minority by appointment/consultation (20.11%). This shows that over 65% preferred democratic election. Only 1.69 agreed that all members should be appointed directly by China. (See Table 13)
