I attach a copy of the questionnaire prepared by SRH for the opinion poll, partly funded by UMELCO. noting the following points:

The survey is very detailed. There are questions on every aspect of the agreement.
Question 2 is the crucial one from our point of view. It gives the respondents an alarmingly wide choice of answer. I assume we (and hopefully SRH) will regard 5, 4 or 3 a yes vote for the agreement.
On the detailed questions they will only ask a random sample to reply on particular topics. This will make the answers less scientific and less believable.
Furthermore some of the questions are so detailed that I thought only
2 an expert could answer them.
