Dear Sir Jack Cater,

We are a group of non-partisan young people who are born and bred in Hong Kong. We write to request for your assistance to make known of our views and worries over 1997 among the Members of Parliament, who are going to debate on such an important and grave issue and to decide on our future.

We feel most absurd that we cannot be the master of our future. As the date of debate is pressing, we believe that we should make public our shared views and anxiety in order to let all MPs in a better point to understand the problems.
