FUTURE OF HONG KONG: LAND

A small point which was not touched on in our recent working paper on Land but which might come up later on when you get into more detailed discussion on this subject concerns two small pieces of land in Hong Kong, which unlike the rest of the territory, are not Crown Land. These are:
(a) the Kowloon Walled City;
(b) the land on which St John's Cathedral stands,
which I imagine belongs to the Church Commissioners or some such body.
I am sure Hong Kong know this but it may just be worth keeping this note on file and bearing it in mind.
