SECURITY OF SMALL STATES
POINTS TO MAKE
1. We are reviewing our own policy.
2. We already provide substantial bilateral assistance to small
states.

There are no easy solutions to the securit Problems faced by
small states.

The aim should be to prevent rather than to cure.
Greater regional, political and economic cooperation can be the
key to improving the security of small states.
6. We shall look to our allies in the regions concerned to take the lead in fostering such cooperation.
