3. UNESCO is likely to figure prominently in the question and answer session and a separate brief will be provided early nex- week, when the situation will be clearer.

It may well be necessary also to submit up-dated briefs on other subjects closer to the day of the meeting. These will similarly be sent direct to you by the departments concerned.
