Mr Hayden will also be having a short bilateral meeting with the Secretary of State in the margins of the OECD meeting in Paris on 17 May. We do not expect to have to call for additional briefing but if Departments have any particular points they would wish the Secretary of State to make would they please include them on a separate piece of plain paper with their briefs.
