1. Enthusiasm and gratitude. chinese National People's Congress enacting and promulgating Basic Law is curious concept. Any difficulties or hazards foreseen in implementation of this undertaking? Exclusion of socialist system and maintenance of capitalism for 50 years admirable sentiments but can we not expect more precise content of these provisions?
