I submit an up-to-date list of views expressed by MPs and Peers
on Hong Kong since the publication of the Hong Kong agreement on 26 September. They concentrate on nationality and constitutional
development in Hong Kong. We have taken these views into account in preparing Mr Luce's speech, which is being submitted separately, and
in the preparation of a complete list of supplementaries.
