kind words. I too am very glad that we have been able
to make such progress in the talks, and I was encouraged
to learn about the favourable initial reaction in
Hong Kong to my press statement.
You beat Zhou Nan by a full week in the poetry
competition!
Sorry not to have had the opportunity of more of
during my stay. Elspeth and I look forward to seeing you again when you are next passing through London.
