SUBJECT: MR LUCE'S TRAVEL PLANS
You will wish to know that the Secretary of State has
agreed that Mr Luce should accompany HRH the Prince of
Wales in order to represent Her Majesty's Government at
the celebration of Brunei's First National Day at Bandar
Seri Begawan on 23 February.
Enclosures-flag(s)...........
Mr Luce will then go on to pay a visit to Hong Kong
from 26 to 28 February at the invitation of the Governor
and will stop over in Kuala Lumpur on 28/29 February befor
returning to the UK on 1 March.
