ROGERIO HYNDMAN LOBO CBE
Senior Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council. Born 1923,
Macao. Educated in Macao and Hong Kong. A businessman. A
member of Legislative Council since 1972 and of Executive
Council since 1978. Married to Margaret Mary, ten children.

Born 1916. Educated in Hong Kong and USA. A banker. Chairman of Barclays Asia Ltd. Member of Legislative Council 1973-81 and

MICHAEL GRAHAM RUDDOCK SANDBERG OBE
Born 1927. Educated in Oxford. A former Army Officer, has served with the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation since
1949 (now Chairman). Member of Executive Council since 1978.
