I enclose, in connection with the forthcoming visit by Mr Luce, yourself and Dr Wilson, a guest list in respect of
(a)
the luncheon at Government House on Monday 27 February;
(b)
the reception hosted by the Secretary for District Administration (to meet 58 members of District Boards, Heung Yee Kuk and interest groups); and
(c) the luncheon hosted by the Secretary
for Home Affairs on Tuesday 28 February to meet 20 people from middle senior management in business.
