Lear Mr Luce,

50, Kwei Lin St;

3/F Kin.

I am a citizen of Hong Kong. This is the place where I was born and educated. I am very grateful for the Britian 's presence in this city so far. Yet in January 1984, my faith in the present system was shaken. My father passed away in Hong Kong Baphist Hospital after six days of medical treatment. The

ospital Administration was rubbish while I also suspected that negligence of the surgeon was involved as in my father 's case.

I ad already written a complaint to the press dated 31st, Jan.,84 with copies to ii.L. The Governor, ULCO and Urban Council and other relevant bodies. wile I appreciate your sincere concern about the general well-being of K, I assume the your goods elf might be interested to know how the present HK medical system has

al-treated the gereral public, and to what a terrible extent.

Ir LUCE, may I take the liberty to advise that, apart from visiting le beautiful places, meeting the beautiful people, take a glance at Queen Elizabeth hospital and you may form a totally different and new impression of HK.

Last but not the least, I am not intentionally making any trouble, afterall nothing could have bring my father 's life. Yet I think, onthe ground of noci 1 justice, I should voice out so as to minimize the numbers of victims under this pathological medical system, if ever it is possible.

Wish you have a very fruitful trip in Hong Kong.
