1. I submit a draft telegram which you may wish to send to Bahrain and Delhi in connection with the stopover of the Secretary of State's RAF VC10 for refuelling on the journey to Peking on 14/15 April.
2.
I have cleared para 5 with MED AND SAD, who see no objection to it.
3. The telegram would be repeated for information only to Washington for the return journey via Elmendorf, Alaska.
