In addition, all items to be cabin loaded must bear a YELLOW label.

The Conference Officer will have spare labels.

Unused labels must be kept under safe care and returned to Conference and Visits Section. Old labels should not be left in hotels.

INSURANCE

A note on baggage and insurance regulations for those travelling in the RAF VC10 is attached at Appendix IV.

8. LIVING ACCOMMODATION

a) Details for each post are shown at Appendix V.

b) At all posts, a suite has been reserved for the Head of

Department for his official Press briefings.

c) The crew of the RAF VC10 can be contacted at all times

through Sqn Ldr Todd.

9. WORKING ACCOMMODATION

a) A Private Office will be established in the Chancery,

Seoul; HMA's Residence, Tokyo; Government House,

Hong Kong; the Guest House, Peking. There will be no office in Okinawa.

b) Rooms will be set aside in Chanceries for the use of the

party.

c) Mr Goulden, Head of News Department, will brief from a

suite in the various hotels.

10. COMMUNICATIONS

A continuous watch will be maintained at each post at times notified to post by COD.

Telegrams should generally be addressed "Following for Secretary of State's Party" in which case they will be distributed to all senior members of the party. Telegrams should only be addressed "Following for Private Secretary" if it is intended
