We have considered the possibility of a visit after Easter. The main complicating factor here is the Japanese holiday week beginning on 29 April, during which no business can be done in Japan. Although Hong Kong and Seoul would be possible during that week, I doubt whether a satisfactory tour could be accommodated between the Secretary of State's Easter holiday and the Anglo-German Summit in the middle of the following week.
