Press.
There is likely to be a press party travelling on the S/s's
aircraft - perhaps numbering up to 16. We will not have names
until much nearer the time. You may however wish to make
provisional bookings for them in a convenient hotel with good
telex facilities. If members of the official delegation are
in a hotel it is, administratively easier for the press to be in
but on a different FLOOR. the same oneλ The press will be responsible for their own bills. 32 Requirements for transport for the press party will follow, but we Living Accommodation. Should think in terms of a Mini-buses. Grateful to know where it is proposed that the Secretary of State and Lady Howe and other members of the party should stay.
