Many thanks for your letter of 6 March. It was good
to be in touch again.
I am much looking forward to my visit and will, on
present plans, be in Hong Kong for two working days
immediately before Easter. There will inevitably be too
much to do in too little time and I can therefore make no
promises, but I will certainly ask those who are arranging
my programme to see whether time can be found for us to
meet.
Elspeth's exams at the LSE unfortunately make it
impossible for her to come with me on this trip. But
she joines me in sending you both our best wishes.
