DESK OFFICE

DLA

PROPOSED DRAFT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UK AND UNDP

CISTRY

1. I should be grateful if you would look at the proposed draft agreement and correspondence between myself?UND(A), and UND (₪) and the Legal Advisers.

2.

The procedure adopted at the time of the original agreement in 1960 was to pass the draft to all FCO Departments dealing with dependent territories to ensure that there were no problems. You will see that the Legal Adviser has asked whether St Helena can produce the required backup for a programme as stipulated in the agreement.

3.

I should be grateful if you would record your comments on this minute sheet and pass it on to the next recipient.
