(2)
The Governor may dissolve
the Legislative Council at any time.
(3) The Governor shall dissolve
the Legislative Council by publication
of a notice of dissolution in the
Hong Kong Government Gazette.
(4) An election for Elected
Members of the Legislative Council
in accordance with the electoral
Ordinance mentioned in Clause XIII(1)(e)
shall be conducted within three
months of any dissolution of the
said Council.
(5) No election shall be
conducted within three months preceding

1 of any year in
which an election following dissolution
of the Legislative Council is to
be held.
(6) The consideration of
a Bill or other business of the
Legislative Council shall not be
affected by a dissolution of the
