2. The principal Instructions are amended
by deleting Clause XIII and substituting the
following

"Constitution

Council.
Legislative
XIII. (1) The Legislative
Council of the Colony shall consist
of
(a)
the Governor;
(b)
the persons for the time
being lawfully discharging
the functions of Chief
Secretary, Attorney-General
and Financial Secretary
of the Colony (hereinafter
called "ex officio Members")
(c)
such other persons holding
office under the Crown

seven in number at any
one time, as We may from
time to time appoint
by any Instructions or
Warrants under Our Sign

as the Governor, in pursuance
of Instructions from
