(4)
An election for Elected Members of the Legislative Council in accordance with the electoral Ordinance referred to
in Clause XIII(1)(e) shall be held within
three months of a dissolution of the elected membership of the Council.
(5) The consideration of a Bill or
other business of the Legislative Council shall not be affected by a dissolution of the elected membership of the Council and
such consideration may be continued at the
next session of the Council as if the
said dissolution had not taken place.".
