section 3(1)(b)
Citation.
1. This order may be cited as the Declaration
of Constituencies (District Boards) Order 1984.

2. For the purposes of any election of persons
to act as members of the District Boards established
for each District declared in the Declaration of
Districts Order 1984 and named in the second column of
the Schedule held on or after 1 March 1985, the area
named opposite thereto in the third column thereof
and delineated in the manner specified opposite
thereto in the fourth column thereof is declared to
be a constituency.
