The number of urban areas districts remains
at 10. The New Territories district of Tsuen Wan is
divided into two districts, one named Tsuen Wan end
the other named Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi, bringing the
total number of New Territories districts to 9.
4.
Paragraph 3 of the order revokes the present
Declaration of Districts Order but provides for the
continuation of existing districts for the purposes of
the present District Boards, the members of which will
cease to hold office on 31 March 1985,
