An Ordinance to amend the Foreign Marriage Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Foreign Marriage (Amendment) Ordinance 1984.

The preamble to the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "this Colony" and substituting the following-
“Hong Kong”.
3. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "the Colony" and substituting the following--
“Hong Kong”.
4. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "$1" and substituting the following-
"$5".
5. Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "$30" and substituting the following-
"S60".

2. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended-
Amendment of Schedule.
(a) in paragraph 5, by deleting "fifteen dollars" and substituting the following (Cap. 184.)
"$30"; and
(b) in paragraph 6(1), by deleting "one dollar and fifty cents" and substituting
the following-
“S10*.
