(MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS)
11. Regulation 15 is amended by deleting "10 December" and substituting the following-
"25 November".
12. Regulation 16(1) is amended by deleting “10 December” and substituting the following-
"25 November".
13. Regulation 17(1)(b) is amended—
(a) by deleting "11 December" and substituting the following--- "30 November and ending on 10 December";
(b) by deleting "and ending on 3 January in the year next following".
14. Regulation 18 is amended by deleting "11 December" and substituting the following-
"30 November".
15. Regulation 19 is amended by deleting "7 January in the next following year” and substituting the following-
15 December in that year".
16. Regulation 20 is amended—
(a) in paragraph (1) by deleting “7 November" and substituting the following—
"15 October";
(b) in paragraph (3) by deleting “31 December" and substituting the following—
"10 December".
17. Regulation 25 is revoked.

(a) by deleting "7 a.m." and substituting the following--

(b) by deleting "10 p.m." and substituting the following-

"(aa) at least 10 days before the date of any election send to each elector
entitled to vote at that election a poll card in the specified form;
(ab) after publication by the returning officer of a notice of nomination
under regulation 12 furnish each-
(i) candidate listed in such notice who applies or on whose behalf an application is made by his election agent with one copy of that part of the final register which relates to the constituency in respect of which the candidate is nominated;
(ii) returning officer with one copy of that part of the final register which relates to the District for which that officer is appointed;".

Regulation 3 is amended—
(a) by deleting "15 and 31" and substituting the following-

(b) in paragraph (ii) by deleting "9 February" and substituting the following----
"31 January";
(c) in paragraph (iii) by deleting "2 March or after 9 March" and substituting
the following---
"1 March or after 15 March".

(c) in paragraph (4) by inserting after "appointed" the following---
