I have no views. The agreement will
affly Kille Chiese Visa Office in HK, and whichst it's terms are more generous thin some respects that the VEER, it is for a different Lefore. My only coments we
in
(1) that no doubt
means to give effect to the HK has the legislative agreement; and (2) that it does not necessarily follow, I presume, that identical provisions will affer in the bilateral consular convention - if
regotiated.
