1. You may be interested to see the enclosed letter from Christopher Long in Geneva. It suggests that unless the situation has changed in 1983, the INS are being unnecessarily difficult (or bureaucratic) about Asian refugees. As you will be aware, we are working on ways in which we can bring pressure to bear on them.
