With a view to timely translation and distribution, delegations are requested to provide the Seminar Secretariat with three copies of their report by Friday, 1 July 1983. For the guidance of the delegations, a suggested
format is attached.
4.
Venue
The Seminar will take place from Monday 12 September to Thursday
15 September in Geneva, Switzerland. Further details will be provided in due
course.
5. Schedule of meetings
There will be morning and afternoon meetings on 12, 13 and 14 September.
The conclusions There will be no meeting on Thursday morning 15 September. will be presented by the Rapporteur for adoption by the Seminar on Thursday afternoon 15 September.
6. Report and Conclusions
The final Report of the Seminar will be made available to participants as soon as possible after the Seminar.
It is hoped that the conclusions of the Seminar will provide a firm basis for further action on behalf of refugees.

Languages
The working languages of the Seminar will be English and French. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
