1. Thank you for your minute of 8 June. I have copied the UNHCR papers to the Hong Kong Government as agreed.
2. At this stage I have no particular points for inclusion in the UK paper, (although I would welcome a sight of it in draft if this is possible). However we may wish to make suggestions for 'Points to make' and defensive use when we have heard from Hong Kong.
