I thought you might be interested to see the attached article written by Frena Bloomfield for the Gemini News Service. It is a strange mixture: most of it seems pretty sympathetic to Hong Kong's position, but there are two rather unfortunate quotes by a 'Hong Kong Government Official' on pages 2 and 3! I would be grateful to know if there is any substance in the statement on page 3 that the UNIICR may refust to contribute to the upkeep of the closed camps.
