The appointments of the Inspectors are made upon the basis that each Inspector's remuneration will be calculated at the normal commercial time-rate appropriate to his profession.

The appointments are effective from 29th April 1983.

The Schedule
(a) The relationship between the Eda Group and the Carrian
Group;
(b) joint ventures between the Eda Group and the Carrian
Group or between the Carrian Related Parties or any of them and the Eda Related Parties or any of them, the activities of such joint ventures and the financial arrangements between the parties to such joint ventures;

dealing in securities conducted by joint ventures between the Eda Group and the Carrian Group or between the Carrian Related Parties or any of them and the Eda Related Parties of any of them;

(d) dealing by the Carrian Group and/or the Carrian Related Parties or any of them in the shares of Eda Investments Limited and/or Overseas Union Realty Limited;

financial arrangements between the Carrian Group and the Eda Group and between the Carrian Related Parties or any of them and the Eda Related Parties or any of them including the payment or receipt of any commission by any such parties or third parties; and
the transfer of properties, securities, cash and other assets between the Eda Group and the Carrian Group or between the Carrian Related Parties or any of them and the Eda Related Parties or any of them.
The management and conduct of the affairs of the Carrian
Group;
