You provided guidance notes in May for the British delegation to the WEU Assembly on the draft report and recommendation on China and European Security. The recommendation was adopted on 7 June and sent to the Council. The Italians and Belgians together have produced a draft reply which will be discussed in the Council Working Group on Monday, 3 October. I should be grateful for comments/ammendments.
