Apart from this, my advice to Mrs Farley would be that
of course Hong Kong is different from England, and one
should not expect its people to follow a Western way of
life. But there are many fascinating and rewarding aspects
to living in Hong Kong, as indeed she seems to appreciate
when she says she finds life there interesting. I hope
that she begins to enjoy herself more as she becomes more
familiar with Hong Kong.
