a letter which the CBI Regional Correspondent, Leonard Rayner, has sent to Robert Adley MP, who is an old friend. Rayner's heart is in more or less the right place but he is a bit of a menace and tends to get things wrong. I hope Adley has better advice available to him (and that we shall not see him here again too soon).
