Air Chief Marshal Siddhi will visit the UK as the guest of the Government from 19-23 July. He will have talks with the Secretary of State on 21 July and talks and a working lunch with Mr Luce on 22 July. He will be accompanied by a number of senior Thai officials.
2. I should be grateful if Departments would prepare briefs (set out in the normal way, Points to Make - Essential Facts) in final form. They should reach Mr Hope of this Department no later than close of play on Friday 15 July.
