Mr Evans, who will be visiting Hong Kong in the second half of November, is coming in for reading and briefing on Tuesday 8 November. I should be grateful if a collection of papers could be prepared for him. They should include the three ''talks'' volumes, recent files on the preparation of working papers, suitably flagged, and papers on EXCO's discussions on the future, again marked to indicated points of interest and attitudes of key figures in the Council.
