The Prime Minister is up to date on Hong Kong's future and is familiar with instructions which issued by telegram over the weekend. Since we shall be ensuring that further key telegrams on the future of Hong Kong are repeated to New Delhi there will probably be no need to send more than the occasional line or two in the daily round- -ups during
her attendance at CHOGM. The Secretary of State's Private Secretary is taking with him a set of recent important telegrams on this subject in case reference needs to be made to them in Delhi.
