Many thanks for your letter of 28 September and
NR the article from "Bulletin Today" enclosed with it.
I was also interested in Deputy Minister Castro's line.
2. While I realise that you (and the Philippines Government) have more urgent preoccupations, I should be grateful if you would continue to keep us informed of Philippine reactions to developments here, and of any changes in official attitudes. We need to know what Hong Kong's neighbour's are thinking.
