The MFA have announced that Moran, the Foreign Minister, will visit China from 28 October to 1 November at the invitation of Wu Xueqian, the Chinese Minister of Foreign Trade. The invitation was conveyed when a Chinese Minister visited Spain last year. I believe that this is the first high level official visit from Spain to China since the King's visit in 1978.
